    இடையில் வந்த இடைகால தடைஆணை இன்றோடு சென்றுவிட்டால் பிறகு "சூரியனாய்" சுடர்விட்டு ஒளிபெறலாம் பிறகு எவராலும் அனைக்கமுடியாது
    இன்றைய விடியல் நமக்கு புதிய விடியலா? அல்லது இதுவரை எத்தனையோ ஏமாற்றங்களை சந்திதது போல் ஒரு விடியலா?

    9 லட்சம் பட்டதாரி ஆசிரியகளுக்கு போராட்டம் செய்யும் சுயநல ஆசிரியர்களால் ஆபத்து. 1.இவர்கள் செய்யும் போரட்டத்தினால் ஒரு வேலை பணி 1மாதம் தள்ளி போனால் அனைத்து காலி பணியிடங்களும் நிரப்பபட்டு உங்களுக்குக்கான பணியிடம் ?????????? 2.அடுத்த TET க்கு வாய்ப்பு இல்லாமல் போகலாம். 3.இனி காலிபணியிடங்கள் மிகவும் குறைவே இவர்கள் செய்யும் போரட்டத்தினால், படித்த 9 லட்சம் பட்டதாரி ஆசிரியகளுக்கு ஏற்படும் காலதாமதத்தால்(போராட்டம் செய்யும் சுயநலஆசிரியர்களால்) GO எப்படி இருந்தாலும் பாதிப்பு அதிகம். 4.விரைவாக பணி நியமணம் நடை பெற்றால் TET க்கு படிக்கின்ற ,படித்த ஆசிரியர்களுக்கு பலன் ..இது உண்மை.

    If the govt goes on filling the posting according to the TET mark alone,then there is no meaning of giving relaxation. ? When I went for counselling there were nearly 50% of teachers aged above 30 including me, me too finished my +2 in 2000
    scored 916 marks then I did my degree through distance
    education and scored just 50.20% by earning my self alone , after that I joined call centre and earned nearly 2 lakhs for my B.ed studies due to this economic issue I was unable to do my studies little earlier. I am the student of current year pass out, and I am the first one who is holding degree behind my name in my family.. I am from bc community . I see some teachers asking for employment  seniority. I have a question for u knowing my situation how u r gonna give me seniority mark. I struggled a lot to come up to this stage with strong desire that I wanna be a good teacher. Hard work alone won't give u victory., but pure interest on that definitely. I just studied  6 days to pass in TET exam my score is just 101. But I had strong desire that I should score above 100. A kind request to the agitators please leave us to live.. Ur protest is right but moto is wrong , just insist the government to increase vacancies not to change the  waitage method according to me waitage method we follow right now purely scientific. My guess is most of teachers who r protesting is from Tamil and Maths dept because lack of vacancies provided. To claim that u should directly ask for more postings instead u should not fetch others opportunity. And also u can insist the government to give priority for u in upcoming recruitment. Thank  you guys...
